Cancellation Policy

At Serenity Healing Center, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your scheduled service. Please review our Cancellation Policy outlined below:

Terms of Cancellation:

  • Services may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Process for Cancellation:

  1. To cancel a service, please contact our customer service team at dorotaj@iamshc.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  2. Provide your appointment details, including the date and time.

Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made within the 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be issued according to our refund policy.
