Payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Services may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Process for Cancellation:

To cancel a service, please contact our customer service team at dorotaj@iamshc.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations made within the 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
